I had an incredible stay at this place! The location was absolutely perfect, right on the gorgeous beach. I loved waking up in the morning and being just steps away from the crystal-clear water. The hotel also had a great variety of activities and dining options. I particularly enjoyed the nightly entertainment at the showroom across from the hotel. The staff were amazing too, especially the managers at the buffet who went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The service here was top-notch!

I highly recommend this place to everyone.

This place is pleasant and the staff are excellent! The hotel was just walking distance from orchid casino. The room had a great balcony. Want to say thanks a lot for wonderful stay.

Friendly staff, great access to the beach, and close to many restaurants.

This hotel needs a renovation soon! Room maintenance is poor and the furniture is old. The beach chairs were also not the most comfortable anymore...

Conveniently located near Bubali Bird Sanctuary, this hotel provides a comfortable base for exploring the area without any complaints.

The bed. And the friendly check-in staff. Blossoms, the restaurant was excellent also.

Price was a little high, I was in transit from Venezuela to the U.S. and overnighted at the Westin. Also, the ATM machine was out of service and I was a little frustrated by how unhelpful the staff was at answering the questions about other sources or options. I was switching countries and needing taxi cab fare and travel cash was necessary and my budget was limited.

Convenient pool bar on site. the location was awesome, easy access to the airport with just a 25-minute drive. Would definitely come back if we're in the area again! 🌴

Buffet breakfast met what we needed. The room faced the ocean...

A genuine 4 star hotel with very competent staff throughout, from reception to maid and bell boy to bartender.

I had asked and paid for a ocean view and was given a room without a kingsize bed(which I also requested)and a partial view of the ocean and a very gtand view of the garage. I was told that there were no other rooms that met my requests.

Very nice for à reasonable price. Very nice beach and nice pool area.

Almost to many people at the beach and by the pool. Seemed hard to get palapas and à nice place for the sun lounge. There are no restaurants/bars/shops right ouside the hotel, but not that far away (5 min walk).

We had an amazing romantic escape at this hotel! The service was fantastic, with friendly and accommodating staff. The views were absolutely breathtaking, adding a romantic touch to our stay. The buffet meals were delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. We also loved the fact that the hotel was situated close to the beach, making it easy to switch between lounging by the pool and taking a dip in the crystal-clear waters.

While our stay was wonderful, there were a couple of downsides. The rooms were a bit dated and could use some refurbishment.

Bedbugs, air conditioning failure, 4-hour wait upon check-in, filthy rooms and common areas, mostly rude staff, overpriced and poor quality food. I could go on.

Great Location and the hotel has a lot to offer as far as activities, restaurants.

We thought it was nice. The rooms did not have a mini refridgerator so we had to keep foods/beverages on ice. They did provide a small one on our second day though. The beds are wonderful and nice ocean view and pool view

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel due to its great location. It is conveniently close to stores and restaurants, making it easy for us to explore the city and try out different dining options. The hotel also has a lot to offer in terms of activities and facilities, from a small gift shop in the back of the store to the Palace restaurants. Additionally, the proximity to the beach before 9am allowed us to enjoy the beautiful shoreline without the crowds. The cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff were also impressive.
